Simozart (“the app”) is a piano memory and ear-training game. This policy explains how the app handles information. The short version: Simozart has no accounts and collects no personal data. It does send anonymous crash and error reports, so that faults can be found and fixed.
No personal information. Simozart has no user accounts, no login, and no registration. We never ask for your name, email address, or any other detail that identifies you.
Crash and error reports. When the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, it sends a diagnostic report so the problem can be found and fixed. These reports are generated automatically and contain technical information only:
They do not contain your name, email address, contacts, location, or your game progress, and they are not used to build a profile of you or to advertise to you. We use them solely to make the app more reliable.
Simozart saves your game progress — high scores, daily-challenge results, curriculum stars, practice streak, and unlocked achievements — locally on your device only, using your device’s standard app storage. This information:
Crash and error reports are processed on our behalf by Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), a crash-reporting service. Sentry receives only the technical diagnostic information described above. Sentry’s own privacy policy is available at sentry.io/privacy.
Apart from crash reporting, Simozart contains:
The app is otherwise fully playable offline — the piano sounds are bundled inside the app, so no internet connection is needed to play.
If you use your device’s built-in Share feature to share a score, that action is handled entirely by your device’s operating system; Simozart only provides the text you choose to share.
Simozart is suitable for all ages. The app collects no personal information from anyone, and therefore none from children. The crash reports described above contain technical device information only and are not used for advertising, tracking, or profiling.
Because we hold no personal data and no account is linked to you, there is no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. Deleting the app removes all locally stored progress from your device. If you have a question about a diagnostic report, contact us using the details below.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new “Last updated” date.
