There is no sound. Check the device is not on silent, and that the volume is up while the app is open. On iPhone, the side switch or the Silent mode toggle in Control Centre is the usual cause. If the app has been in the background for a long time, closing it fully and reopening it restores the audio.
Does it work offline? Yes. The piano sounds ship inside the app, so no internet connection is needed to play.
Where is my progress stored? On your device only. Scores, curriculum stars, your practice streak, and achievements never leave it. There are no accounts and nothing to sign in to.
I deleted the app and lost my progress. Because progress is stored only on the device, deleting the app removes it, and it cannot be recovered or restored. Reinstalling starts a fresh save.
How do I reset my progress? Delete the app and reinstall it. That clears everything the app has stored locally.
My streak looks wrong. The streak counts days you practised against the weekly goal you set, and it allows rest days: with a goal of five days a week, two missed days in a calendar week are fine. It is calculated from the days you actually played, so it updates when you open the app rather than running in the background.
Simozart collects no personal data and has no accounts. It does send anonymous crash reports so faults can be found and fixed. The full policy is at the privacy policy page.
